14. Rainforest Ceramics

COVID UPDATE: If visiting this studio, you need to make an appointment to avoid queueing:

Colourful affordable reduction fired bowls, plates, cups, sculptures, all saving rainforest globally.

I took up ceramics again after leaving Parliament, over thirty years after I first started,
I have been making full time since 2007, reduction firing to cone 11 using traditional glazes such as chun, tenmoku, shino, copper red, kaki and celadon.
I specialise in glaze combinations that produce beautiful effects.

20% of all takings go to saving rainforest. Our customers have saved well over 20,000 acres in various countries.

Tea made from healing herbs grown in our rainforest setting will be served.

Our gallery, Blak Cube Gallery is open by appointment.
